Introduction

The New Generation Engineering is a private partnership company founded in 2012 then registered under the number 76130, Located in Khartoum, Sudan with limited liability partnership.
The founders of NGE is group of enthusiast young engineers and investors with sufficient knowledge and experience to benefit from cut-edge technology to achieve the most expected and desired results in the quest of consequent development toward accomplishing visions and transforming dreams to reality.

Guava is the first system in the country to manage event halls. Flexibility, ease and the possibility of modification according to business needs are the main features of this system. It provides the required information for each occasion, from the number of guests to the quality of services (meal, photography, decoration ... etc.) according to each occasion and its details. It also contains an alert feature of the appropriate dates and required equipment, in addition to information related to payment, indebtedness and collection reports.
The system is characterized by issuing agreement contracts according to the specifications required by the hall administration in an appropriate manner to ensure the rights of both parties, plus the administrative information that helps the hall management in determining maintenance dates and arrangements that help in developing work and reaching the highest level of efficiency.

Sales and warehouse management program specially designed for Sudan (Dorian). The system contains a set of algorithms that serve the fluctuating and unstable situation of the currency, so that it gives the user the independence of pricing by setting static ground that it is not affected by the continuous change of the currency value.
The program provides a package of basic reports that meet the needs of customers, in addition to complete flexibility in modification so that the program is completely compatible with the nature of the work (Store, Supermarket, Pharmacy … etc.).
The program contains a point-of-sale system with the ability to freeze the invoice for more than one customer to reduce congestion at points of sale in large stores.
The system is characterized by issuing Performa invoices that are amenable to terms like the validity period of the prices granted or offers.
The program is very simple and flexible and features visual effects to remove boredom and make the process of interacting with the computer a joyful and pleasant experience.

The Photography Studio Management System (Mandarin) is a system that specializes in managing small and multi-rooms photography studios. The system provides the possibility of pre-booking and specifying the required services, the type of lighting, the location of photography, in addition to the accompanying sales of albums or frames, etc.
The system provides the ability to create points of sale for express services like regular moment capturing photos, standard passport photo, resizing or modification and other services.
The system has a multi-user feature with log system for managing and recording all movements, which guarantees work safety and rights preservation.
Mandarin is suitable for photography studios, professional photographers, singers or bands, artist management, and entertainment groups.
